In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 General Data Protection and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that if you wish to contract our services, you must expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by FULL CERTIFICATE and accept the Terms of Use applicable to the contracted service that will be provided to you prior to the completion of each contract.

- PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

III. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the event that the user has entered into a service agreement/contract with Full Certificate, the personal data provided will be retained for as long as the commercial, commercial and/or service provision relationship is maintained and, provided that they have consolidated services, until the expiry of the statutory period of time for claiming liability arising from the contractual relationship and other legal obligations.
FULL CERTIFICATE shall keep by law the Electronic Certificates issued for a minimum period of five years and likewise the personal data provided by users for this purpose.
In all other cases, the personal data provided will be retained as long as the data subject does not request its deletion.
- LEGITIMISATION OF THE PROCESSING
When Users provide their personal data through the forms on its website and internal services area, the legal basis for the processing of their data is the freely given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
Whereas, when the Client and/or User enters into a contract and/or purchases a service from FULL CERTIFICATE, the legal basis for the processing of his/her data is the fulfilment of the contract and/or the provision of the service.

In general, FULL CERTIFICATE shall not communicate or transfer personal data to third parties, unless required by law. This will be done in all cases with the exception of companies that form part, in the present or in the future, of its business group and provide similar or related services

Users and/or Customers, namely the interested stakeholder as subjects of the processing of their personal data, have the following rights under the applicable privacy laws:
- a) To know if his/her personal data are being processed by FULL CERTIFICATE,
- b) Access to his/her personal data to find out which personal data is being processed and the processing operations carried out on them,
- c) Rectification of any inaccurate personal data, with the exception of the identification registration data provided for the regulations in force, namely those customer uniqueness data within the framework of inter-operability. These data are as follows: Name, surname, identity card number and date of birth.
- d) Request the limitation of the processing of his/her personal data to the main purpose for which they were transferred to FULL CERTIFICATE.
- e) Request the portability of your personal data in favor of another data controller.
- f) Request opposition to the processing of his/her personal data.
